If you already have an Entry Permit / Residence Visa to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah you can check your visa validity on the website of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) (the eChannel for residency and citizenship). 

If you already have an Entry Permit / Residence Visa in Dubai you can check your visa validity through Amer GDRFA in Dubai.



You need to have Application Number and Reference Number for Tracking your Visa Status. Kindly ask for the Application Number and Reference Number from the Visa Service Provider who applied for your Visa.

Travel Guidelines / Requirements for Passengers arriving to India Air Suvidha Exemption / Self Reporting Form

Below are the Travel Guidelines / Requirements for International Arriving Passengers to India. Documents / Forms required to Submit before travel. Passengers have to submit Air Suvidha Exemption Form / Self Reporting Form 72 hours before Journey. 


1. Passenger can Apply for Exemption of Compulsory Institutional Quarantine if they are Pregnant (Doctors recommendation letter required), Parents accompanied by children below 10 years (Passport Copy required), Suffering from serious illness (Medical certificate required), Suffered a death in the family (Death/Doctor certificate required - Family consists of Spouse, Children, Sibling, Parents & Grandparents only), RT-PCR Negative Passenger (Copy of RT-PCR tests negative report required or result awaiting paper required - test should have been conducted within 96 hrs prior to undertaking the journey, Test report could also be produced upon arrival at the point of entry airport in India). 

As per the state rules of Karnataka, Kerala, and Odisha, all asymptomatic passengers will undergo home quarantine. All asymptomatic passengers having the first airport of entry located in these states, have to undergo 14 days mandatory home quarantine. Hence, the exemption is not required.


2. If Passenger is Eligible for Exemption Apply for Exemption then Fill the Self Reporting Form and If Passenger is from above-listed state no need to apply for Exemption just Fill the Self Reporting Form. If the Passenger is not eligible for Exemption then fill the Self Reporting Form and need to be in Compulsory Institutional Quarantine for 7 days.


3. All Passengers / Travelers should submit Exemption and self-declaration form on the online website of New Delhi Airport www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel.


4. Passengers should agree to undergo 14 days home quarantine in the mentioned address if the application is approved. If a rejected passenger needs to undergo the institutional quarantine as per the govt. norms and approved centre.


Passengers have to undergo 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by 7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health if the passenger is not coming under any Exemption category.


All passengers shall be advised to download the Arogya Setu app on their mobile phone.

If you are eligible for Exemption you need to first apply for Exemption and then Fill the Self Declaration Form as your Unique Application Request Number which you got after submitting the Exemption Form should be provided in the Self Declaration Form.

Update:

The airline said the passengers flying to Dubai must download Dubai Smart App and passengers who are flying to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah must download Al Hosn Smart App.

Qatar RT-PCR Medical Test Requirement, Test Centres in India, Passenger Consent Form

Qatar Airways requires passengers travelling from specific airports in India have to present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR medical test result when checking in. 

Test Results must be issued within 72 hours before departure, from laboratories that are approved by Qatar Airways.  

Without the medical test certificate alongside a consent form will not be permitted to travel on Qatar Airways flights. Children below the age of 12 years are exempt from this test if accompanied by family members that have presented a negative test result.

The Directorate Generl of Civil Aviation (DGCA0 has launched an application called Kuwait Traveler which need to be Download, Register and Used by all Departing and Arriving Passengers in Kuwait. 

Effective 1st August 2020, all passengers arriving to and departing from Kuwait International Airport are required to register their flight details on “Kuwait-Mosafer” 96 hours prior to their flight.


How to Sign In or Register in Kuwait Mosafer?


To Login Enter your E-Mail Address and Password and click on Login. To Register Click on Create Account.
After clicking Create Account Enter First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, E-Mail, Password and click on Register.
Once Register Online. Sign In to the account and you can add your flight by clicking on Add Flight.
Select Arrival to Kuwait or Departure from Kuwit and Enter your Flight Date, Select your Airline from the Drop Down List, Enter Flight Number and click on Next to add your Flight.

www.cgidubai.gov.in - Waiver of visa Fines for Visa Expired Indian Nationals in UAE

Indian Residents whose visas have expired before 1st March 2020 can avail for fine waiver scheme which was announced by the Government of UAE for all foreign residents in UAE whose visas have either expired before 1st March 2020 or whose stay has not been regularized in the country as on date.
  

This fee waiver is valid till 17th August 2020. Visa expired residents are permitted to leave the country without making any payment of fines for the period.  All such cases are to be approved by the UAE authorities and to be coordinated through the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi (for people residing in Emirate of Abu Dhabi/visa issued from Abu Dhabi) and through Consulate General of India in Dubai (for  people residing or visa issued from Dubai and Northern Emirates of Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Ajman).

Inorder to avail this facility concerned persons need to send  an application including their passport details, local contact number, email address, visa copy etc with supporting documents to ca.abudhabi@mea.gov.in (for Abu Dhabi cases) and cons2.dubai@mea.gov.in (for Dubai and Northern Emirates Cases). 

It should be sent at least 7 working days before the intended date of travel  to India.

If people are not able to scan or send documents by email then they can drop their applications in the drop boxes outside Embassy / Consulate for this purpose along with the application, Copy of passport (first, last and visa page) and phone number etc. In case of visit visa, a copy of the visa should also be enclosed.

If any person do not have a Passport they can approach the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi or the Indian Consulate in Dubai for issuance of a Passport / Emergency certificate before applying for the visa fine waiver. 

It may be noted that once the EC is issued, the passport is automatically canceled in the system and cannot be used. 

A person traveling on an Emergency Certificate would need to apply for a fresh passport only upon arrival in India.

Embassy / Consulate will forward the documents to the concerned UAE authorities at the earliest and will inform the concerned persons by phone / email once their request of waiver / visa fines are approved by UAE authorities. This will take at least 5 working days. After which they should leave the country at the earliest possible.

Apply Online for Exceptional Entry Permit for Qatar Visitors / Residents Abroad

Qatar Visitors and Residents can now apply for Exceptional Entry Permit who are currently stuck abroad due to COVID 19. Applications can be submitted starting 1st August 2020.

This service allows employers, whether individuals or companies, government or private sectors, to submit an application via Qatar Portal to enable Qatar residents to enter the State of Qatar.

It is a temporary service that is provided to residents of the State of Qatar who are unable to return to the country because of the restrictions imposed due to the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).

How to Apply Online for Exceptional Entry Permit?

For Qatari Citizens and Residents
For Visitors and Business Representatives.
  • Fill the required information correctly and completely as shown in passport.
  • Enter your email correctly to receive approval on your application.
  • Print permit and keep copy of it and a copy of quarantine undertaking to be presented to airport officials.
Terms and Conditions

The Permit:

Employer may apply for an "exceptional entry permit" for Qatar residents.

Application for Entry permit can be submitted online from 1st August 2020.

Exceptional Entry Permit service is available for residents, family members and Visitors.

If the resident, to whom an entry permit has been issued, is outside the country, entry permits are issued for respective family members automatically.

The validity of the entry permit is one month from the date of its issuance. In the event of expiration, a new application can be submitted.

The holder of the permit must download the EHTERAZ application upon arrival.

In the event the resident is coming from a low-risk country, evidence of residence in that country for 72 hours or more must be attached to the application.

The competent authorities reserve the right to accept or reject the permit application in accordance with the conditions and requirements of issuing the permits.

The applicant must acknowledge that all data and information stated in the entry permit application are correct. 

If any discrepancy or misinformation is proved, legal liabilities for the same will apply, in accordance with the regulations and laws of the State of Qatar.

People coming from low-risk countries should:

Conduct COVID 19 Test in an approved hospital (if any) within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of departure, and submit a hard copy of the examination certificate upon arrival. (Click here to view the list of accredited hospitals)

In the case the COVID test is not conducted in the departure country, the test will be conducted at the airport upon arrival.

The applicant must upload proof of staying in a low-risk country for 72 hours or more. If the expatriate resides less than 72 hours in a low-risk country, they will be considered as coming from other countries (not low-risk) and will be treated accordingly.

Note: The permit will be automatically canceled if there is discrepancy in the entered data of the country of departure.
