www.blsindiavisa-uae.com - Book appointments through Online for Indian passport services in UAE

For Indian Passport Services in BLS International Service Centre, one has to Book Appointment prior to visiting the Centre. 

Applicants are advised to visit the BLS Centres with original Passports. The rest of the work like Form Filling, Taking Photo, etc will be done at BLS Centres. 

Only applicants are allowed inside the centre. 

Parents need to accompany applicants aged below 18 years. Click here to book your appointment. 

Applicants have to recheck all the details of their Passport (Name, Passport Number etc.) before confirming appointment, these details cannot be modified once saved and you may have to cancel the appointment if the details are incorrect.

One slot can be booked per passport

Seniors above 60 years and pregnant woman, through an authorization letter, can authorize family members or close relatives to submit the passport application form along with relevant documents on their behalf.

In the case of children below 12 years, a joint undertaking of both father and mother stating their no-objection to be submitted along with passport application form and relevant documents. And only one of the parents needs to be present at BLS centres.

In the case of New Born, Father or Mother Passport number is mandatory

Applicant below 12 years and above 60 years will not be allowed in BLS Al Khaleej Center as per UAE norms

Kuwait Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has launched a Mobile Phone Application for Civil ID using which citizens and residents can carry their Civil ID on their smartphone. 


Civil ID users in Kuwait can now carry their Civil ID in their Mobile Phone using this app. They have to download the app ‘Kuwait Mobile ID’ on their Smartphone and need to Register. This app is available on iPhones and Android devices. The application is available in English and Arabic.

This app is Free to Download. 

Requirements:
  • Must be a Citizen or Resident of Kuwait with a Valid visa.
  • Have a previously issued smart civil ID that is valid for a minimum of one month.

How to Register for Kuwait mobile ID
  • Download the Kuwait Mobile ID app for iPhone or for Android
  • Register using your Civil ID number, Serial number, and Passport number.
  • Take a selfie.
  • Complete the registration process. 
  • If everything is accepted, your civil ID will now be on your mobile phone.

dxbpermit.gov.ae - How to Apply for Work / Personal Movement Permit Registration in Dubai

https://dxbpermit.gov.ae is the official website for applying for Work / Personal Movement Permit Registration in Dubai. Residents in Dubai will get a movement permit once in three days.

Around the clock, for two weeks (starting from 8:00 PM of 4th April 2020) for a renewable period there will be travel restrictions in Dubai and only those who have permits can travel in those periods. 
How to Apply for Movement Permit Registration in Dubai?
If Work 
  • Click on Work
  • Select the Occupation in the Dropdown
  • Once you select your Occupation and click on Next. If the below message arises you are in the exemption list and no need of a permit. 
With regard to the exempt sectors and their employees, registration is not required, but they must obtain a letter from the employer stating their movement to and from work. The paper has to be presented if stopped by authorities.

For Personal
  • Click on Personal
  • Select the Reason from the Dropdown (ATM Cash Withdraw / Grocery / Pharmacy Supplies / Emergency)
  • Fill your Full Name, ID Type (Emirates ID / Passport / Driving License), ID Number, Nationality, Home Address and Click on Next
  • Select Transportation (Car, Walking / Cycle, Motor Cycle / Public Transport), If Car Selected Select Plate Source and Plate Number
  • Fill the Source and Destination Address
  • Select the Date 
  • Enter the Travel Time (From and To)
  • Click on Apply
  • The permit will be issued only once every three days.
If anyone does not get the permit using the website can call 800737648 and given your plate number and get the permit.

If you are in the exempt sectors and their employees move permit registration is not required but they must obtain a letter from the employer stating their movement to and from work. If stopped by authorities they have to present the paper in order to save themselves from fines.


Without Paper from Employer or Move Permit if you got caught, you will be fined. 

Additional Purposes of Sanction of Movement Permit:

Cash Withdrawal: Issued only once in five days and issued for of a maximum of one Hour and the applicant cannot leave their Residence Area.

Medical visits: Applicants have to apply for medical visits through the medical emergency category. Movement Permit for this category is stopped.
